Samoëns Services is a new property management company serving the Samoens, Morillon and Verchaix area, dedicated to providing the very highest standards of cleaning and maintenance of your chalet or apartment.

We have over a decade of experience in 5-star hotels, chalets and luxury rental apartments in Morzine, Val d’Isere and Samoens, and are passionate about exceeding your expectations. You can be assured of a professional, intensive, no-stone-unturned cleaning of your property, full linen cleaning, a 24-hour callout service and guest liaisons with first-hand local knowledge.

Though we have been running property management companies with up to 40 properties on their books, we found that time constraints meant that we were doing ‘just enough’ to keep the properties in tip-top condition. Therefore, we have decided to start our own company with a far smaller portfolio of properties, only 8-10, so that we can provide a much higher level of service to you, your guests and your chalet or apartment.

Our motto is simple – ‘Perfect’.

Chalets should be perfectly clean, not a thread out of place; everything should work perfectly and be checked every week, without fail; every guest should receive perfect service and all the information they require. After all, many of them have saved all year for their holiday, it’s our job to make it perfect.

We also understand that it’s not just a rental property, it’s your home and your pride and joy. You’ve put your heart and soul into making the property comfortable for both your guests and your family. Your guests have everything they need and feel completely at home when they arrive.

Then, when it’s time for your family holiday, your home is exactly as you remember it.

Our quotations for weekly changeovers are “all-inclusive”; they include a weekly maintenance check to ensure that any loose chair legs or missing doorstops aren’t going to cause further damage, and all labour charges for minor repairs are included in the price. Even if you just need us to wait for a plumber to arrive or show potential guests around the chalet, it’s all included in the price. No nasty surprises with the monthly invoice!

This does of course mean that our quotations are a bit higher than our competition, but you can be completely assured that your chalet or apartment is being cared for in the way that both you and your guests expect. Our perfect cleans mean repeat bookings and our preventative maintenance means far less refurbishment and repair cost.

As standard, a changeover clean includes tea towels, and a starter pack of dishwasher tablets, washing powder capsules if required, bin bags, washing up liquid and a new sponge.

We highly recommend supplying a ‘welcome pack’, a small hamper of produce that we leave in the property for the guests, as many will arrive on a Sunday, unaware that the shops are closed. This can be tailored to your needs, everything from a basic pack of bread, cheese, ham, juice, jam, wine and cake, to a luxury pack of fine local produce. We can also supply high quality toiletries and soaps

We also provide an inter-season maintenance service, picking up all those small jobs that aren’t worth calling in a tradesman for. From refurbishments, plumbing and electrical problems, to general handyman jobs and small carpentry work.
